Discovery Palms, originally named Alta at Little Lake Bryan, was constructed in 2004 and became Discovery Palms in 2005. Our community contains 28 unique building types with 9 floor plans styles. Our 1-3 bedroom homes include units with lofts, sun rooms, lanais, and attached garages.

2 additional buildings make up the Clubhouse – equipped with a media room & business center and our Maintenance Building – with an exterior car wash.

The community is home to shared common facilities including an Indoor Sports Court, Fitness Center, Swimming Pool, Tennis Court, Playground, Car Wash, BBQ and Picnic Area, Dog Park, Volleyball Court, and Corn hole boards.

There are 336 units in the community, 153 of which are privately owned. The units owned by the majority bulk owner are professionally managed by Lincoln Property Company with a leasing and maintenance team on site daily.
